This short, no-code course guides you through that change end-to-end. Lesson 1 starts with a two-week pilot using Claude and a small team (4-6 people) to tackle one time-consuming task, measuring the exact before-and-after results. Lesson 2 then shows you how to analyze that pilot's data, turning one person's individual success into clear, repeatable instructions that anyone can follow.
Finally, Lesson 3 focuses on the 30-day rollout. You will learn how to officially replace old processes, drive team adoption through pair-training, catch the second wave of momentum, and successfully hand over ownership of the new workflow so it runs without you.
What you'll learn
