This guarantee exists so you can enroll with confidence - knowing your investment is protected while our instructors remain fairly supported and shielded from misuse.

Courses under 4 weeks

You're eligible for a full refund up to the midpoint of the course. For example, in a 20-day course, you can request a refund through day 10.

Courses 4 weeks or longer

You're eligible for a full refund within the first two weeks of the course. After the second week, requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

After the eligible refund window has passed, requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. We do not offer retroactive price adjustments or price matching.

Which courses are covered?

Courses displaying the Satisfaction Guarantee badge on the course page are fully covered by this policy. If a course does not display this badge, refer to the FAQ section on that specific course page for its refund terms.

How to request a refund

    Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

How long do refunds take to process?

All refunds are processed through Stripe. Once approved, they can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Can I receive a refund to a different payment method?

No. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What if the refund window has already passed?

You can still email support@academy.genai.works with the details of your request. We review late requests on a case-by-case basis and may consult the course instructor before making a decision.

The price dropped after I enrolled. Can I get a partial refund?

We do not offer retroactive discounts or partial refunds if a lower price becomes available after enrollment. The price at the time of purchase is final.

My course doesn't show the guarantee badge. What's the policy?

If the Satisfaction Guarantee badge is not displayed on the course page, the instructor's individual refund policy applies. Check the FAQ section on that course page for details.
